I am Joe Kraus, but most people call me Photo Joe. I am a photographer from Bel Air, MD, and I graduated from Arcadia University in 2024 with a B.A. in Media & Communication. I am one of the Wireless Camera Operators and Team Photographers for the Aberdeen IronBirds, High-A Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. I was also a student photographer for Arcadia University Athletics.

I have taken pictures for 24 of 26 Arcadia University varsity athletic teams, images have been featured on the Athletics' website, social media, as well as on the conference's social media (UCHC and MAC). Photographed Day 1 of the 2022 NCAA DIII Softball Glenside Regional hosted at Arcadia, Days 2 and 3 of the 2023 NCAA DIII Baseball Ambler Regional hosted at Arcadia, in addition to multiple other playoff matches.

For the Aberdeen IronBirds, my work has been featured on MiLB.tv livestreams, team websites, players' personal social media accounts, and the official MiLB website and social media. I was the camera operator for all home playoff games in 2022, captured winning shots for the IronBirds semi-final victories, as well as the winning shot and ceremonies for 2022 South Atlantic League Championship-clinching game.
